Telephone Evaluations–ACE founders created the audio recording attachment technology for our industry. Audio recordings of phone evaluations are attached to the bottom of the survey form. When reading the survey results, you can listen to the evaluation recording at the same time. No more audio tapes to sort though. Our online system automatically stores the telephone recording, along with your report.
